Katie Zuber is the Purdue University Extension Health & Human Sciences Educator in Lawrence County (Bedford), Indiana, USA. She specializes in Human Development & enjoys working with health programming, specifically dealing with nature/outdoor environments; diversity issues; & healthy relationships topics. Her dream job would be to obtain her Wilderness First Responder certification & become a Wilderness Therapist.

Zuber has a dual Master’s Degree in Human Development & Family Studies and Social Work from University of Illinois & is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has worked for Purdue Extension since 2013, both as an HHS Educator & a 4-H Youth Development Educator. Zuber’s prior experience includes regional Family Life & county 4-H Youth Development Educator positions with University of Illinois Extension, County Executive Director for United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency, & working as a marriage & family therapist.
