Building on the Summit is our Conference, April 20-21, featuring keynotes speakers, hands-on workshops and networking opportunities.

PhD, 2006, Karolinska Institutet, Sweden. Currently work in Hong Kong. Multidisciplinary expertise in nutrition, early lifestyle interventions and recently physical activity and sports nutrition. In 2012 contributed early-nutrition work for WHO, Programme for Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity. My research since 2009 focuses on Early Childhood: lifestyle modifications for families with pre-schoolers for better health. PI for the projects “Targeting Early Obesity” (Macau), and “Play&Grow” (Hong Kong) - both aim, through connecting families to nature, to influence daily habits early in life. I have been teaching courses “Physical Activity and Health”, “Sports Nutrition” and am now developing a new course, “Nutrition, Environment and Health”. When I do not research, I actively practice Aikido, dance Lindy hop and hike around HK and other exciting countries.
