Our 1-day Summit on Connecting to Nature in an Urban World, April 19, features a morning plenary and roundtable sessions followed by interactive workshops and walkshops in the afternoon. Building on the Summit is our Conference, April 20-21, featuring keynotes speakers, hands-on workshops and networking opportunities.

Jackie has worked to implement GOCO’s mission for more than a decade. Through various roles, Jackie implemented GOCO’s park and trail development programs and designed special initiatives such as the School Yard Initiative. Most recently, Jackie led GOCO’s 2015 statewide strategic planning effort which resulted in a plan that presents opportunities for GOCO and its partners to find new ways of collaborating that produce better outcomes for Colorado’s people, places, and wildlife. In 2015, Jackie also launched the Inspire Initiative, a $25 million innovative grant program aimed at getting more kids outside from the backyard to the backcountry. Jackie received her bachelor’s from Saint Michael’s College and was a 2016 fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education.
