Thames Valley District School Board
Research and Assessment Associate
London, Ontario, Canada
Jackie Wood is an applied researcher with the Thames Valley District School Board in Southwestern Ontario. She studied social work, completing her undergraduate degree in London, Ontario at King’s University College and her Master's degree at the University of Canterbury in Aotearoa (New Zealand). Passionate about empowering others to effect change in their lives and the lives of others, as well as lifelong learning, Jackie found her niche within the K-12 school system. When she is not busy organizing new ways to make life a little more interesting, a little more meaningful, and a little more fun, she can be found brainstorming with colleagues, engaged in creative new projects in her backyard with her kids, and seeing the glass half full.
