Betsy began work as the coordinator of Nature Net in the year 2000. She has since then both grown and streamlined the program to reach interested audiences and engage meaningful partnerships. When not at Nature Net, she works for the Aldo Leopold Nature Center as educator and fundraiser, and serves as a board member to the Wisconsin Association for Environmental Education - or she’s working on projects such as installing an outdoor classroom at her children's school, and working to pass the Wisconsin Children’s Outdoor Heritage Resolution.
